COUNSELLOR

The Practice

Sometimes our lives seem out of balance, and we can start to feel as though we are running on overload.

Counselling can offer you the space to explore these pressures in a confidential, nonjudgmental environment with a professional therapist who can help you find the tools in which you can relieve these feelings.

Depending on your needs, I offer either long or short - term work, supporting individuals as well as couples. I work in an integrative framework drawing on different therapeutic approaches to suit each client and what issues you want to work on.
